What are your opening hours?

Our hours are:

Monday: closed

Tuesday: 11am - 5pm

Wednesday: 11am - 7pm

Thursday: 11am - 7pm

Friday: 11am - 7pm

Saturday: 11am - 7pm

Sunday: 11am - 5pm

After hours: by appointment

Do I need to make an appointment to try on bridal gowns?

Bridal appointments are preferred on weekday nights and weekends. If you make an appointment with us we will be able to give you our uninterrupted attention.

Can I take a picture when I try on a gown? 

Unlike many other bridal stores, we do not mind you taking pictures of the gowns you like best. We know you might need to show the pictures to your friends or relatives from outside Toronto. We also want you to know how different dresses might look in your wedding pictures.

How long will it take to order a gown?

Wedding gowns usually take 12 to 20 weeks to be delivered. We recommend ordering your gown in advance to have time for alterations.

Do not stress out if your wedding is in less than 3 months - we have our on-going “off the rack” specials and you could always purchase one of our many floor samples.
